Job Description

This large multi academy Trust requires an experienced IT Assistant to provide second line support to a number of primary schools within the West Midlands region.

You will be required to provide assistance, support and training to the 1st line provider and engage in end user process to schools and the central team. The role will involve you troubleshooting IT issues and installation of hardware and software devices.

Knowledge and experience of Windows Server 2016 Active Director is desirable coupled with experience of working with schools. This is an initial three month temporary role, working 37.5 hours per week. Car driver essential as you will be required to visit a number of schools within the West Midlands area.

There is potential to extend the assignment due to the roll out of a server upgrade project. You must be a good communicator and be professional in conduct. Potential permanent prospects on offer.
