The Leadership Recruitment division was set up in December 2012 and has been in successful operation ever since. The division is; managed by Tarja Aila, Head of Leadership Services.
Tarja is an ex Teacher and has extensive knowledge, passion and insight into the world of education, coupled with over ten years education recruitment experience she is able to advise both candidates and schools on career defining roles and best recruitment practice.
Jonathan Newport, Director of Strategy and Development and an experienced Headteacher has a deep understanding of the education landscape and this has enabled the team to adapt to the changing trends in the education recruitment environment.
The team has grown from strength to strength and currently consists of five consultants, this is a reflection of how successful the team has been in delivering a high level service to both clients and candidates alike.
The strength of this team lies in the many skills that each individual brings and how they complement each other; the Leadership Team work cohesively to deliver recruitment strategies which will have a positive impact.
The Leadership Team works with primary, secondary, special education needs, independent and faith schools as well as academies and multi academy trusts.
The Team covers both permanent and interims posts, varying from Headships, Deputy Headships, School Improvement Advisers, Executive Headteachers, Finance Directors, Business Managers and Finance Officers.
