Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Accredited Induction programme leading to an Industry Recognised Qualification
At Capita Education Resourcing we are committed to our people, offering them the best in training and development. From your first day, you will be invited to attend an REC accredited induction course tailored to your role. This will give you the knowledge, tools and understanding of the processes to help you achieve success at Capita. Attendance of this course will give the opportunity to sit the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
At the end your Induction you will receive a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) file, that allows you and your manager to identify, discuss & manage your ongoing development.
Training
A full portfolio of training can be accessed, ranging from 20 minute training modules to two day sales courses. These are all designed to give our consultants and managers the knowledge they need to beat the competition and maximise their potential.
Each week you will have a one-to-one performance review with your line manager where you will have the opportunity to discuss how the previous week has gone and what plans there are for the next week.
We are continually reviewing and updating our training - improving our existing programmes and introducing new courses. Feedback and ideas from our staff are very important and they have played a key role in how we have shaped our internal training.
