Why work for Capita Education Resourcing?
We understand that there are plenty of opportunities out there for good recruitment consultants and managers. In this section we want to show you what Capita can offer.
The success of Capita Education Resourcing can be attributed to the quality and attitude of the people that choose to work for us. Capita want to attract the best people to the business and provide them with the best working environment to help them succeed and enjoy their job. Commitment to the business is rewarded with excellent career prospects, including:
We make no bones about it, this is a target driven sales environment and there are high expectations. However, if you are ambitious and talented you can reap the rewards and enjoy a fulfilling career at Capita. All the tools for the job are in place, all you need is to add your talent and hard work.
Through career opportunities and coaching, across our business we have members of staff who have developed from trainee to senior level. Capita's recruitment consultants benefit from an industry leading progression ladder. Through aptitude and endeavour you can progress from recruitment consultant to lead consultant to senior consultant and eventually to principal consultant – each with an increase in responsibility and of course in remuneration. There is no limit to how quickly you can progress to the highest level, promotion is based purely on ability and results.
If being a consultant doesn’t fit with your skills you could become a business development manager tasked with acquiring new schools or alternatively a candidate recruitment manager where the emphasis is on ensuring our candidates are the best in the business – and the happiest.
It is this commitment to personal progression that has enabled us to develop a strong team ready for success.
Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Accredited Induction programme leading to an Industry Recognised Qualification
At Capita Education Resourcing we are committed to our people, offering them the best in training and development. From your first day, you will be invited to attend an REC accredited induction course tailored to your role. This will give you the knowledge, tools and understanding of the processes to help you achieve success at Capita. Attendance of this course will give the opportunity to sit the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
At the end your Induction you will receive a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) file, that allows you and your manager to identify, discuss & manage your ongoing development.
A full portfolio of training can be accessed, ranging from 20 minute training modules to two day sales courses. These are all designed to give our consultants and managers the knowledge they need to beat the competition and maximise their potential.
Each week you will have a one-to-one performance review with your line manager where you will have the opportunity to discuss how the previous week has gone and what plans there are for the next week.
We are continually reviewing and updating our training - improving our existing programmes and introducing new courses. Feedback and ideas from our staff are very important and they have played a key role in how we have shaped our internal training.
