School support staff must have worked in a relevant position within the last five years. Where applicable, they will possess relevant professional qualifications.
Office and secretarial
Our candidates are trained to ensure that they have the right skills for your job. Many have experience of specialist software such as SIMS.
Technical candidates
Our science technicians have either degree level or minimum of A levels. CDT technicians are either degree level or have substantial, practical engineering experience.

Capita Education Resourcing aims to ensure the well being of all children and staff. Before our candidates are deployed on any assignment they have already completed a rigorous vetting process which includes:
- Face-to-face, professional interview
- ID check
- Qualification check (where needed)
- CRB (now DBS) Enhanced Disclosure check
- List 99 check
- Health check
- Reference check
- Permission to Work
One freephone call is all it takes to solve any staffing problem you may have. Requests can be made at anytime; our offices are open until 5.30pm, after which requests for staff can be left with our booking service. The request will be collected and processed at 7.15am the following morning.
