Requirements for school librarians recruitment

We are looking for librarians preferably with previous experience in a school environment to work in managerial or support roles. School librarian jobs involve the day-to-day running of library services, organising resources so that students can find them easily, and dealing with all related enquiries. Qualified librarians could have a degree in librarianship or information management that is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.In order for you to work as a librarian in schools, you will need to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
