The work of those in
nursery jobs at an Essex nursery has been praised.
Following a recent Ofsted inspection, Saffron Walden Nursey School was deemed to provide an "outstanding" service, with manager Denise Russell and her staff commended for encouraging children to "thrive in this inclusive setting".
Speaking to the Saffron Walden Reporter, she pointed out that the nursery would not have received such a grade if it were not for the "dedicated team of staff who enthuse the children to learn".
Ms Russell also praised the centre's volunteers and fundraising committees.
Those searching for
nursery recruitment opportunities may also be interested in comments by management committee chair Mike Hancock who claimed the high standards of care and education that the children receive is a "direct result of the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff".
Indeed, the Ofsted report noted that the nursery's staff are "very skilled in using observations and assessments" to track children's progress.
