We are always on the look out for great people to join our expanding team and add to the quality of our business. Below is a selection of the roles available within Capita Education Resourcing.
Recruitment Consultants are responsible for expanding our business within a geographical territory, interviewing and placing education staff on day-to-day and longer term assignments. The role involves first class customer service to customer institutions and candidates as well as pro-active sales activity. You need to be tenacious and a great relationship builder. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working to targets and KPIs and you will be judged and rewarded according to your results and successes. We will give you the tools to be successful and in essence you will be running your own small business.
Divisional Sales Managers are responsible for encouraging and motivating their teams to success, and are required to lead by example by also running a small territory. Again the focus is on first class service to schools and teachers, as well as pro-active sales activity.
Divisional Managers are also responsible for performance management of their team, hiring new staff, reporting to Senior Management and providing all other line manager functions for their employees. Divisional Managers work to weekly and monthly sales targets.
Divisional Support staff provide administrative and telephone support to teams of consultants so that consultants can concentrate on building relationships and growing their desks. They also greet candidates who are attending for interview, so need to be well presented and used to dealing with people. A keen eye for detail and a well organised working style are also necessary for this role. This can be a stepping stone to a Recruitment Consultant position for people with the right skills and attitude.
Business Development Managers are responsible for the carrying out of client visits in order to ensure client needs are met and to increase client retention. They also ensure sales activity is consistent and is maintained and assist the operations and teacher recruitment teams in order to provide the best possible service to our clients.
On occasion, we also require other staff such as resourcers, candidate managers, accounts and payroll, marketing staff and facilities staff.
