YEAR 6 TEACHER NEEDED

A school in Wandsworth is looking for a experienced Key stage 2 teacher to join them from September to teach a Year 6 teacher away on maternity. The position will be for a least 1 ½ terms, quite possibly more.



In the last Ofsted report the school was classed as 'Outstanding' and the current Head Teacher is constantly raising the standards as the school expands.



This is a very good, 2 form entry school, with a great staff and a positive ethos and the school has high expectations of staff. They are seeking a teacher who is positive, motivated, but who crucially has Year 6 and SATS experience. The class has a wide range of ability levels, with some children aiming towards level 6, so they require a teacher who knows how to drive Year 6 children to achieve their full potential and also who knows the levels that children should be obtaining and how to get them there.



In order to be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following criteria:



- Have experience of teaching KS2.

- Hold UK QTS or equivalent.

- Hold an enhanced UK CRB check.

- Be able to inspire children to achieve their full potential.
