Trainee Recruitment Consultant Required

Recruitment consultancy is not for everyone, working in education recruitment involves dealing with High Profile decision makers, often Head teachers and persuading them to use Capita for their recruitment needs. The hours are 7.15-5.30 Monday to Friday with 30 days holiday a year plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday. Capita also offers their consultants the luxury of free private health care and have a great bonus structure that rewards people who perform. Although we work long Hours for 39 weeks of the year we do have the luxury of working massively reduced hours outside of term time (when the schools are closed). Your role is what we call a 360 degree position, where your are essentially running a business within a business, you will be responsible for interviewing teachers and teaching assistants and placing them in temporary, permanent and contract work. You will be able to sell effectively both over the phone and face to face undertaking a minimum of 5 client visits per week and 3 'candidate' interviews.
