Teaching Assistants

Committed and caring teaching assistants are required for sessional work and short term placements to work 121/in small groups with primary school children.



You will be expected to communicate daily with the teacher/group leader/parents to keep them informed about any progress made with the children - some profiling may also be needed.



Strong behavioural management skills and motivation are required.



All successful candidates must be willing to have an enhanced CRB carried out if they do not hold a valid one already.



First aid/Makaton/Team Teach qualifications desirable.
