This large but friendly School based in Monmouth is urgently looking for the right type of person to work with the children on a day to day basis with a view of long term supply or a permanent position. This is a residential School for children who have behavioural, Emotional and social difficulties (BESD). There is a high level of challenging behaviour in this school and so we are looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who can engage children's interests and build strong relationships quickly. You must be passionate and willing to go the extra mile, the School would prefer someone who has come from a sporty background and enjoys being outdoors. The School follows a strict curriculum that the Children must follow, but understands the importance of being outside and achieving other skills and qualifications that you wouldn't get in a mainstream School.
