Salary:£18,045 - £31,518 per annum

Hours:37 hours per week



My customer is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Teacher in Electrical Engineering to join its Engineering Department. The role involves teaching on a wide range of programmes from level 1 to level 4 including BTEC, EMTA/NVQ and City & Guilds.



The successful applicants will hold an Electrical Engineering qualification ideally at degree level or HND/HNC as well as literacy and numeracy qualifications at level 2. A teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards accreditation and relevant, up to date industry knowledge and experience is essential. Previous experience of teaching within the FE sector and a demonstrable track record of success in delivering high quality learning programmes would be advantageous, as would the ability to travel around the North East region.
