Special Needs Teaching Assistants

An array of Special Needs settings across South Yorkshire are looking to strengthen and develop their teams.



Opportunities are available for new staff to go in on trial days and emergency cover days to see how they engage with the children.



Ideally people with prior experience within SEN would be preferred however candidates who are hold the right attitude and approach and are keen to pursue working with SEN will be considered. (This is on the provision that the candidates applying have 6 months interaction/working with children in an educational based setting of some form.)



All candidates must be flexible, willing to travel (within reason) and be happy to complete our vetting checks including a new CRB check (should the current one you hold be out of date)



Team teach candidates would be ideal but this qualification is not mandatory in order to apply.
