Sign Language Communicators



£14 - £17 per hour including holiday pay.(depending on College)



We are looking for sessional Sign Language Communicators to join our pool of staff, various hours available on fixed term, term-time only contracts.



We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible people to join our Deaf Access Team.



Your skills will include:



* To interpret spoken English and British Sign Language, provide note taking, lip speaking, language modification

* Act as an advocate for the student in a learning environment

* Have excellent written and spoken communication skills and knowledge of the Deaf Community and culture

* Hold a minimum qualification NVQ Level 3 in BSL
