SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for teaching assistants who have had experience working with students with moderate or severe learning difficulties. We have full time posts to work in special needs schools in Westminster We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching, excellent at connecting with their students and show dedication and enthusiasm in their classrooms.



The role will involve:



�Working with small groups of students.

�providing a positive and enjoyable learning environment through effective use of games, creative work and discussion

�Encouraging development and managing intervention programs.

�Working closely with the SENCO



The ideal candidate must:



�Have a qualification in MLD, SLD or solid experience with this type of SEN

�Have worked in a SEN school or have an understanding of how an SEN school works.

�Have excellent behaviour management techniques

�Be eligible to work in the UK

�Have excellent organisational and time management skills

�Be a confident communicator
