SEN Teaching Assistant

EXPERIENCED SEN TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED





Capita Education Resourcing (CER) is a leading provider of Education specialists to schools across the UK. Due to demand we are currently seeking specialist teaching assistants across all key stages to fill a number of temporary and long term roles in our special schools. Your consultant is a SEN specialist and school improvement adviser and will be available to support you throughout your placement.



We want to hear from you if:



*You have in school experience in working with pupils who display challenging behaviour

*You are caring, patient and trustworthy

*Are resilient and have a good sense of humour

*Have experience of supporting children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or in a whole class

*Understand and can implement successful strategies for teaching pupils with SEN



We are particularly interested if you have an understanding of any or all of the following:



ASD, EBD, PMLD, SLD, Complex needs, MLD, SLCN, Sensory needs
