SEN/Learning Support Assistants

SEN / LSAs required - North West London



Capita Education are currently recruiting for teaching assistants with experience working with children who have additional learning needs within mainstream teaching environments.



Capita are currently working with schools throughout Barnet, Camden, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon that require additional support.



The ideal candidate will ideally possess a teaching assistant qualification through the NVQ, CACHE or BTEC schemes. However, applications from individuals with ongoing and recent experience will also be considered.



If you are looking for daily supply, part-time or full-time work and have at least six months recent experience in a similar environment then please submit a copy of your CV immediately.



You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable liaising with both teachers and students, with an ability to quickly form bonds with those you work with. You will be relied upon to execute all work to a high standard, ensuring that the individual child meets their required learning outcomes under the guidance of the class teacher.
