Our successful team in Bristol are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to continue developing an established desk.



To become part of the Capita Education team you will be an experienced Recruiter, Sales Person or Business Developer looking to join a market leading brand, have an exceptional personality, be motivated by results and above all have the vision and desire to succeed.



Education Recruitment Consultancy is a full 360 role, from winning new business, sourcing and registering new candidates, through to candidate placement, meeting with school Business Managers, Supply Coordinators and even Head Teachers. No two days are ever the same and you will need to be able to think and act quickly, whilst having limitless self-motivation and being ruthlessly organised.



We offer a market leading financial and benefits package including basic salary of £19,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, open ended commission scheme and award winning benefits such as:
