Receptionist

We are looking for cover for my customer's Reception desk, for approximately 2 weeks to cover some sickness absence. To provide an efficient and professional front of house service for all internal and external customers, including the coordination of the telephone system



Hours are full time 37 hours per week 8.15-4.30 Monday- Friday.



Rate of Pay is £7.92 per hour.



Candidates must have:



*Enhanced CRB



* Level 2 Text Processing / IT qualification or equivalent essential



* 3 GCSEs (Maths and English desirable) or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject



* To have or be willing to work towards a Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification



* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer information systems



* Experience of working with the public and providing excellent customer service



* Secretarial / Administrative experience



* Use of computer information systems, Data inputting, Microsoft Office and computer information system
