PRU Specialist's required - Islington!

I am working alongside a well established Pupil Referral Unit in Islington as they are looking to appoint a number of experienced LSA's to work with KS3/4. They are looking to have people in place by September 4th on a 6 month agency contract initially.



The Education Service in question educates students who have been referred via these main routes -

- Permanent exclusion from a mainstream school

- A special tuition request

- A managed move from a mainstream school

- SEN Panel



The Service consists of cross phase provision at KS3 & 4 whilst also managing, tutoring and monitoring the educational provision for pregnant school girls and young mothers. The Service also provides interim tuition support for KS4 Looked After Children returning into Local Authority Care and for students under YOT (Youth Offending Team).
