Capita Education Resourcing (CER) is on the way to becoming the first choice for Nurseries and Children Centres in the Doncaster area. A well equipped and highly organised nursery in Doncaster has a requirement for experienced Nursery Nurses to work closely with children, staff and parents. Roles will be set to commence in May 2012.
The main responsibilities of these roles will include:
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with children, their parents and other members of staff;
Create and maintain a warm, caring, stimulating environment that together with encouragement will ensure the development of each child;
Provide the highest levels of child care within nurseries to ensure that each child is treated as an individual and that their development needs are met on an ongoing basis;
Follow all guidelines concerning policy and procedures, including health and safety, working Practices and standards of care and development. You should also have a good knowledge of child protection.
Ideal candidates will be imaginative, ambitious and passionate about teaching and should hold an NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
