We are current looking for a Deputy Manager for a small pre school in Luton. The school also have a children's centre attached which you would also take responsibility for. We are looking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic individual who is able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team and be able to offer new and varied learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be required 5 days a week for 35 hours a week, this will be on a rota basis between the hours of 8 - 6 each day.
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience of working as a Deputy manager or Room Leader
*Hold a Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
*At least 2 years experience of working in an early years setting
*An enthusiastic can do attitude.
*Able to organise and prepare lessons as well as complete observations and assessments.
