A large newly built secondary school in Bridgend require a NQT or QTS Geography Teacher to join their newly established Geography Department. There is a great working atmosphere in the school, that boasts a Head Teacher who insists that standards are always kept high both by the pupils and by the staff making the school an enjoyable yet stretching place to work as standards are so high. The school offers a solid support from a fantastic management team committed to delivering results and creating opportunities for every child to develop.

*NQT or QTS Geography Teacher with a real passion for business and the subject

*The ability to deliver A-Level would be advantageous due to the thriving sixth form at the school

*Strong classroom management, with the ability to implement successful strategies to create order and deal with challenges

*A brilliant role model, that pupils are able to approach and associate with

*Great communication skills and with the ability to think on your feet, with regards to problem solving

*Experience of supervising field trips would also be looked upon favourably
