A Bridgend based Secondary School with a great reputation, is searching for an NQT or QTS Biology Teacher for an immediate start. This large, well established school offers exceptional facilities along with enjoying the full support of the department and a dedicated Head Teacher. The Biology Department has an excellent reputation, evident in a growing department and continually improving exam results. The school are looking for an individual that has a methodical approach to Biology but can also introduce new ideas to the teaching environment.

*NQT or QTS Biology teacher with a real passion for the subject

*Ability to teach Key Stage 3

*Effective classroom management, with the ability to implement successful strategies to create order and deal with challenges

*Demonstrate knowledge and teaching methods, which in turn will make Biology fun, inspiring and allow development of key skills

*Great communication skills and with the ability to think on your feet, with regards to problem solving
