Capita Education is currently looking to place Primary Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) in teaching positions throughout our schools in Kent.
We work very closely with our schools to ensure that their children receive the best quality primary teachers who are dedicated to motivate and engage their pupils in lessons. Helping to make a difference to their education and enabling them to reach their academic potentials.
As the Kent Primary Consultant for Capita Education, I wish to recruit primary teachers who are flexible to work with our schools on either day to day, long term or permanent basis and have the enthusiasm and drive to inspire the children's learning.
For the successful candidates, this would be a fantastic opportunity to be able to gain the experience of working in a variety of different schools and utilising the knowledge and skills that you have gained throughout your teacher training.
Capita are looking for exceptional candidates for this role in order to meet our total commitment to our schools and the children they support. To that end, you must meet the following requirements:
*You must be an inspiring NQT with the ability to teach creative and motivating lessons.
*Must be pro-active, adaptable and flexible, working alongside established TAs to enhance children's learning.
*Have a creative and engaging approach in the classroom to keep pupils focused on their learning.
*Must have previous experience of working with children of mixed abilities and have strategies that enable every child is learning within the classroom.
*Able to support the school learning policies and become an active member of the teaching team.
