SEN - LSA (Learning Support Assistant)

A lovely Primary school based in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area are currently looking for an LSA or SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in their nursery class on a 1:1 basis who has severe behavioral difficulties.



For this SEN LSA role in the R.C.T area, you will be expected to work well with the class teacher and be an integral part of the early years team. You will need to be able to implement successful behavior management strategies to support this child as well be proficient in key working; providing engaging activities according to the child's interests and needs, developing next steps and building parent partnerships to support the child and ensure consistency.



You should be confident with the early years foundation stage practice and be able to successfully support early childhood development.
