A Special Educational Needs School in Bridgend that specialises in working with secondary aged children who have behavioural and learning difficulties is looking for Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated teaching team. The role will require a versatile and experienced LSA who is able to work effectively with children who have varying degrees of SEN and has specific experience of working with children who have challenging behaviour and MLD. You will undertake a varied role that involves in assisting the teacher in delivering the curriculum, as well as helping to teach Life Skills such as brick laying and gardening. This is a rewarding and exciting place to work and a great opportunity for any experienced TA's.
