This newly developed Primary School based in Barry is looking for a Level 4 TA/HTLA on a supply basis but with a view to a possible long term opportunity. The school has a new Head teacher who strives to bring a committed team into the school who share the same goal in taking the school forward. You will be working with children of all abilities and ages but will be predominantly based in Year 1 supporting a lovely class Teacher. T is important that you are Level 4 qualified as the school require an individual with the correct training to help with this specific post. They are also looking for someone who has a real outgoing personality with the pupils and is willing to do that bit extra in helping the school and becoming part of the current team.

*An experienced Level 4 Teaching Assistant/HTLA

*Able to demonstrate a successful background of working with children in a classroom environment within the last 2 years

*A drive to succeed and have good initiative to bring some new ideas into the Foundation classes

*An exceptional communicator who can engage children of varying ages and abilities

*Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
