Learning Support Assistants

We are currently looking for qualified Learning Support Assistants for work opportunities throughout the Ashington area. The work may vary and requires a flexible approach to be able to assist and support a student/students who have moderate to severe learning difficulties and/or behavioural difficulties throughout Key stages 1 and 2. Vacancies available range from full time to part time and are on a temporary basis. We have work available in a wide variety of environments from (Mainstream to Special Needs schools and Pupil Referral units) to suit your particular skills.



Ideally you will hold the NVQ 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or have a minimum 6 month proven track record working in a Secondary school setting. We are looking for candidates with a passion for working with students and a flexible attitude to working on supply.



We would particularly like to hear from candidates with their own transport but this is not essential.



This roles are on a temporary basis only and all applicants must be available for temporary work.
