Learning Support Assistant - SLD Buckinghamshire

This Special School are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them as soon as possible as part of their Teaching Team.

The Staff Believe providing a caring but challenging environment where pupils are encouraged to establish themselves as individuals, develop self-esteem and experience real independence. They specialise in helping children who find communicating and learning rather difficult. Every avenue is used to establish and develop good communication skills in all their pupils.

*An experienced Learning Support Assistant.,

*Able to provide support to children with varying challenges in a creative and innovative way.

*Able to demonstrate that you have worked with children with Severe Learning Difficulties

*Be patient, creative and supportive with the capacity for firmness as required

*Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
