This small and friendly Infant School based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, is looking for Learning Support Assistants who are able to engage and inspire young children to achieving their potential. You will be responsible for supporting the children in completing work set by the teacher, and offering extra help to children who have additional needs. When working with nursery age children you may be expected to provide personal care occasionally, and will need to have a caring and patient manner. You will also be responsible for supervising children on their breaks and for making sure that the classroom is a clean and tidy place to work.
