Learning Support Assistant

A School specialising in working with young people who have Special Educational Needs is looking for LSA's to work with them on a supply basis. This school works with children who have a diverse range of needs and abilities and so we are looking for candidates who have experience of working with both Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. You will be responsible for working with small groups of children, and sometimes providing one-to-one support, and so you will need to have a patient and creative approach to working with young people. You will be well supported by a strong management team, and will be able to enjoy the school's exceptional facilities.



To become part of the Capita Supply team at this SEN School, you will be:

* A versatile and experienced LSA who can demonstrate previous work with children who have Special Educational Needs

* Able to provide support to children with varying challenges in a fun and engaging way

* Patient and caring in your approach to teaching and learning
