Learning Support Assistant (Cardiff)

This large and dynamic Primary School based in Cardiff, is looking for Learning Support Assistants with a real affinity for working with children to join their exceptional teaching team on a supply basis. There is a small intake of children who have Special Educational Needs and so you would be responsible for providing support to these children and tailoring your approach to their needs. You will also be responsible for supervising children on their breaks and for making sure that the classroom is a clean and tidy place to work.



To become part of the Capita Supply team at this school, you will be:

* Experienced with working with children in a professional environment

* Able to demonstrate that you are able to work effectively with children who have Special Educational Needs

* Able to build effective relationships with children and adults quickly and effectively

* Versatile, and willing to work with children of varying ages and abilities

* Used to working as part of a team, as well as able to use your own initiative
