LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR - HAIRDRESSING
37 hours per week
Salary £22,031 - £27,069 per annum
my customer is a leading further education establishment and they are currently looking for suitably experienced and qualified Learning and Development Advisors in Hairdressing to perform the role of Assessor in accordance with standards and assessments strategy.
As an Assessor you are required to motivate, support and progress a caseload of learners to achieve identified outcomes and qualifications within agreed timeframes. You will ensure all delivery practices meet the requirements of quality and compliance frameworks.
The successful candidate will already be a A1, or D32/D33 qualified and experienced Hairdressing assessor with competency and experience across frameworks level 2/3. You may also hold a Teaching Qualification - PTTLS, DTTLS, PGCE, CertEd, strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time are essential.
