Learner Recruitment Manager

Our client requires a dynamic and experienced Learner Recruitment Manager to manage the staff in the learner development team. You must have a minimum of 6 Months recent UK experience in Learner Recruitment and Managerial experience. You must be able to:



1.To provide effective leadership in the planning, development and management of all learner recruitment activities including cross College co-ordination of the enrolment process.



2.To be responsible for the recruitment learners, through developing partnerships in order to maximise recruitment.



3.To develop effective recruitment and admissions processes for the learner, ensuring a learner centred process and maximising conversion from enquiry to enrolment.



4.To be responsible for the co-ordination and management of resources allocated to learner recruitment.



5.To maintain and develop the quality of learner recruitment and advice and guidance activities, including meeting the Matrix standard.



6.To line manage staff within the Learner Recruitment team (sharing this responsibility with the Learner Recruitment Co-coordinator)
