JOB TITLE: KS1 Teacher with SEN experience

SETTING: Primary School

LOCATION: Maidstone

RATE OF PAY: £85 to £105 per day

TYPE OF ROLE: Temporary contract



A lovely school based in Maidstone are seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher with SEN experience to start with them immediately for a temporary contract working five days a week for up to 3 months.



You will be working with a small group of students in Yr1/2 who have behavioural and emotional SEN needs and require the support of a smaller class group to enable them to reach their full potential.



You will enjoy the support of a fantastic Headteacher and staff who are really friendly, helpful and supportive. The school are looking for a KS1 Teacher who has a patient, supportive and creative approach to their lessons to allow these students to be inspired and motivated.

*You must be either an inspiring Primary Teacher with QTS or a dynamic NQT with the ability to teach creative and motivating lessons.

*Must be pro-active, adaptable and flexible, working alongside established TAs to enhance children's learning.

*Have a creative and engaging approach in the classroom to keep pupils focused on their learning.

*Must have previous experience of working with children of mixed abilities and have strategies that enable every child is learning within the classroom.

*Able to support the school learning policies and become an active member of the teaching team.
