Capita Education Resourcing are recruiting for a Foundation Stage Leader with QTS for a small, friendly village primary school in Buckinghamshire. The school are committed to raising the standards in teaching and learning and are looking for like minded individuals to join their team. As a Foundation Stage Leader you will ensure that your teaching team is organised, function efficiently and effectively and that the 'whole school' overview is maintained. You will also be a member of the Senior Leadership team.
It is a friendly, vibrant two-form entry school We share a site with the Village Hall, Community Nursery and a Sure Start Children's Centre; collectively providing excellent education and care from 6 months to 7 years. In the school there is a large shared area which offers an excellent teaching area. The school also have a very attractive playground, a large field and a productive vegetable Garden which are all used throughout the year for Teaching and Learning as well as for play. The School do their utmost to make sure that every child achieves through high expectations and challenge provided in a safe and caring environment. *Primary Teacher QTS
*Be responsible for leading a core subject across the school
*Have effective leadership and management skills.
*Lead by example in all that you do.
*To show an enthusiastic approach to putting into practice new initiatives.
*Be confident in your knowledge of both the Foundation Stage Curriculum and the Key Stage 1 curriculum in order to support the other staff
*Be enthusiastic, highly committed to raising standards
*Hold a UK teaching Qualification or a qualification recognised by UK Naric.
