FOOD TECH TEACHER - WALTHAM FOREST - SEPT 2012

My client is looking for a Experienced Teacher of Food and Technology to start in September. The school is based in Waltham Forest (North-East London) and has recently been branded as a school whose "Specialist Status has been instrumental in driving improvements, particularly in raising students' self-esteem and their personal development."



Due to a rising vacany, this vibrant school based in Waltham Forest is looking for a motivated and dynamic teacher to join a successful faculty. Due to the nature of the position, NQT will unfortunately not be short-listed.



The right candidate should also be dedicated and enthusiastic with the ability to be creative, think on his/her feet, keep the pupils engaged and pass on his/her knowledge and passion for the subject.



You will be working alongside a professional and inspiring Head of Department who will offer advice and share best practice.



Any additional subjects that you can teach will obviously be a distinct advantage.



To be considered you must:

- Be a able to teach up to KS3/4, ideally KS5

- Have QTS status and be registered with the GTC

- Be able to commute there quickly

- Be confident and have a positive approach

- Have relevant teaching qualifications

- Have the right to work in the UK

- 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years

- CRB checked (or willing to apply for one via Capita Education)
