Capita Education are currently working with a number of EBSD Schools and PRU facilities around North East London, catering for young people aged 11-16. For a teacher looking to further their career and to develop within a challenging and dynamic environment, we have a number of short term roles until the end of term and long term positions available in September.
The roles will involve delivering cross-curricular lessons to both KS3 and 4 students within a differentiated classroom environment to young people for whom learning and the accessing of learning has proven difficult. The successful candidates will have a dynamic yet empathetic approach to delivering accessible, well structured lessons in a number of subjects that follow the National Curriculum.
Lessons are required to be dynamic and structured to monitor and guide learning throughout the contract and the successful candidates will be expected to impress their own style and influence upon the delivery of lessons and exercise good judgement in the differentiation that is employed for each student. Moreover, these roles will allow the successful candidate to benefit from a comprehensive CPD structure within the schools, giving them ample opportunity to develop and diversify their teaching portfolio.
