Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Development Manager to support the curriculum management team in ensuring the development, management and quality of training and continuing professional development provided by a network managed by a Further Education college in Berkshire.



In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management including new and existing projects, as well as the development and implementation of CPD activities to support new and innovative professional development. You will identify CPD funding opportunities, develop bids and manage CPD events for Lifelong Learning providers. You will provide professional development advice and guidance to existing and potential staff working in the Lifelong Learning Sector.



You must be educated to degree level or have a Level 3 vocational qualification with significant work experience, as well as being a fully qualified teacher. You will also need experience of programme management in the lifelong learning sector, experience of course leadership and a good understanding of teaching methods and continuing professional development.
