We are searching for a Cover Supervisor for a large secondary school based on the outskirts of Cardiff. The position requires you to manage pupils in lessons when colleagues are absent. To be considered we require someone who is open to new challenges, enthusiastic, meticulous and proactive. The school is a mixed comprehensive school, for pupils aged between 11-16. The school is well developed, with excellent departments throughout the school, with each department benefiting from a strong Head of Year and a great management system. The Head Teacher is focused on raising pupil attainment; this ensures that the school continues to succeed in its mission to deliver excellent exam results, along with a strong reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to join the school initially on a day-to-day basis, with a view to a long term opportunity.
