A large special needs school in the heart of East London are recruiting for an experienced BSL Teaching Assistant to start straight away.
The school caters for over 200 students with varying needs including autism, speech and language and SLD. The school receives excellent feedback from all governing bodies. They are incredibly well resourced and offer a number of training courses to all members of staff.
They seek staff who are well trained therefore they require someone who has a BSL level 3 qualification as a minimum. Experience with other special needs is also an advantage.
The role is to start straight away and will continue until the summer of 2011 at least.
They are a superb school and a wealth of experience will be gained working here. This job offers an excellent rate of pay.
Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
You must have good spoken English;
You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
Your CV must cover the last 3 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
You need to supply two recent professional references, at least relating to your work with children;
Please note if you are from overseas and have been in the UK less than 3 Years then a police check will be required from your home country.
