If you have any SEN experience this is also a massive advantage as we have a lot of LSA bookings coming in to our rapidly expanding Special Operations desk.



You will need to have the following qualifications and experience:



* Minimum NVQ Level 2

* Ability to work well in one-to-one scenarios and within group settings

* Strong communication and motivational skills
