APPRENTICE LEARNING COACH



37 hours per week / full year



Salary range - £17,080 - £18,043



Capita Education Resourcing are currently working with a leading further education college in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an Apprentice Learning Coach.



Working with the additional learning support department you will manage a case load of learners to maximise their attendance, success and progression. You will liaise with appropriate employers/parents/carers/ teams on matters relating to learner attendance and progress. Use various mentoring and coaching techniques to facilitate learning and inspire success. You will also be required to provide additional learning support (ALS) as directed by the Head of Learning Support and promote safeguarding, equality and diversity, employability, personal and social skills.



Candidates must have a good all round level of education to include relevant qualifications at Level 3, Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C) or equivalent level. Experience of providing 1 - 1 support and coaching to young people or learners and Additional Learning Support (ALS) to learners in a FE / HE environment is essential.
