Experienced Clerical Assistant / Administrator required to help with various admin duties, data inputting and applications. With a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and databases ideally in a further Education environment you will possess a Level 3 qualification or above in administration or other business related area. You will possess the ability to build good working relationships and have a commitment to quality whilst providing excellent customer service. With a good working knowledge of creating spreadsheets, you will have good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Access to your own transport is essential for this role



Hours of Work

20 hours per week. Normal working hours are between 10am - 2pm pm Monday to Thursday and 12noon - 4pm on Friday,
