Our client has an exciting opportunity for an AAT Manager with an AAT qualification. Our client is seeking a manager to join a new AAT Academy. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff in the delivery of AAT apprenticeships from level 2 to level 4.



You must hold:



1. Relevant accounting qualifications/ relevant occupational competence

2. The A1 and V1 awards

Key Purpose:



1. Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment, placement in Apprenticeship, programme delivery and sector liaison for the Academy.



2. To oversee the effective co-ordination, delivery and deployment of integrated programmes of competence based training and resources



3. To provide Performance Management, guidance and support to staff



4. Manage Quality Assurance aspects of the Academy



5. Co-ordinate internal verification process, implementing and maintaining the Academy policies and procedures



6. To be responsible for developing and co-ordinating specific training programmes



Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for the leadership, management and development of the curriculum provision within the Academy ensuring that the quality of the delivery is of the highest standard.



2. To be responsible for the achievement of all Performance Targets (e.g. recruitment, Apprenticeship placement, retention and Success rate targets for learners).



3. To be responsible for quality assurance within the Academy including lesson observations, self assessment reports, quality improvement plans, workplace reviews, assessments and awarding body requirements.



4. To undertake any other duties consistent with the key responsibilities and/or duties of the post. To work flexibly in the interests of the organisation as required



5. To implement Health and Safety and security measures in accordance with statutory and College requirements.



6. To be responsible for quality assurance and improvement within the School including lesson and tutorial observations, self assessment reports and quality improvement plans
