To succeed you need to be totally professional and inspire confidence in the college principals you work for. You need to be enthusiastic, energetic and fully involved in your work, ensuring that your students enjoy their time with you.
We have close working relationships with college principals and are highly respected for our commitment to delivering best value. Capita lecturers and support staff consistently prove themselves to be highly professional and indeed, many are asked back by name, with hundreds being offered permanent posts every term as a result of their competent track records.

Quality Assurance
Capita Education Resourcing is a Quality Mark company and we work hard to maintain our standards. Our first priority is to ensure that necessary checks are carried out before any applicant is accepted on our register.
Once accepted an applicant’s performance will be monitored during assignments and they will also be subjected to an annual quality audit. Capita adheres to strict guidelines for vetting both UK and overseas staff. This ensures that before any candidate is deployed, Capita has carefully checked their personal background, referenced their professional experience and ensured that they have the right knowledge, skills and attitude for working in Further Education.
